Almond Butter Energy Bites

Makes 6 balls.

These quick and easy snacks are extra nutritious and filling! Any time of day is ideal to prepare these bites.

What ingredients do we need?

  • 30 gr. oat flour
  • 35 gr. almond butter
  • 2 tbsp. agave honey (18 gr. approx.)
  • 30 gr. of our Choco Maca Crunch cereal (Shredded)
  • 10 gr. chopped almonds
  • 5 to 7 gr. grated coconut
  • 3 tsp. vanilla
  • 35 ml. almond milk or vegetable drink

For chocolate dip (optional)

  • 45 gr. 70% chocolate
  • 9 gr. coconut oil

Preparation

  • 🌿 In a processor, place and grind our Maca Crunch cereal. Once crushed, add all the rest of the ingredients right there.
  • 🌿 Mix and let rest for 15 min. approx.
  • 🌿 Make 30 gr balls. and give them shape. Ready!
  • 🌿 Melt the chocolate in the microwave in batches of 15 seconds. or in a bain-marie, if you want greater fluidity, add coconut oil. (Optional)
  • 🌿 Add the chocolate to a pastry bag or with the help of a large spoon to make small lines of chocolate as a topping for the balls. (Optional)

#NURATips

  • It is not necessary to bake, but if you wish, do it for 5 min. at 180°.
  • It is important to crush the Choco Maca Crunch beforehand. But be careful, don't leave it dusty.
  • Mix with your hands, you will be more comfortable!
  • The amount of milk is variable depending on the type of oat flour used. If more humidity is needed, add 10 ml. more to obtain a moist dough.
  • The chocolate dip is optional. 😉
