The user may request the exchange or return only if they meet the following requirements:

- Presenting proof of payment for the product.

If these requirements are met, the customer must send an email to comercial@nurasuperfoods.com with the reason for the exchange or return, attaching a photo of the product (unopened bags, with label, sealed, unmistreated packaging, etc.) . We will be contacting you within a maximum of 24 hours, after evaluation, with the response to the case.
The exchange will be made for the same product and will have to be picked up at the company offices or bear the shipping cost. The customer will also have the option to purchase another product of the same value with a web coupon whose delivery conditions are the same as detailed above.
In the case of return, and since it is a perishable product, this does not apply except for quality problems.
